Bringing Mississippi's Conservation Community Together

The Mississippi Association of Conservation Districts (MACD) Annual Meeting brings together Soil and Water Conservation District leaders, commissioners, employees, conservation professionals, agency partners, landowners, and supporters from across Mississippi for an opportunity to connect, learn, and celebrate conservation.
Held annually, the meeting provides attendees with valuable updates on conservation programs, state and federal initiatives, policies, and issues affecting Mississippi's natural resources. Through educational sessions, presentations, and networking opportunities, participants can exchange ideas and strengthen partnerships that support locally led conservation throughout the state.
The Annual Meeting also provides an opportunity to recognize individuals, districts, educators, and partners whose leadership and service have made a positive impact on conservation in Mississippi.
A significant part of the meeting is supporting the MACD Endowment Fund, which helps provide scholarship opportunities for students pursuing careers related to conservation, agriculture, natural resources, and/or environmental stewardship.
