The Commission provides area-by-area training on Personnel, Finance and Budgeting as needed.
Personnel:
The Commission provides guidance in developing job descriptions, establishing job performance standards, and the evaluation of employees. Guidance is also provided in hiring and training of district employees.
Finance:
The Commission provides guidance in developing and implementing accounting/bookkeeping systems, which includes payroll and payroll taxes, receipt and expenditure of funds, performance bonds and auditing services.
Budgeting:
The Commission provides assistance to districts in the preparation of budget requests and seeking funding from county and municipal governments as well as other sources.
